Become a Friend
When you become a member of the Friends, your membership fee is used to support the library. In addition, members who choose to be more active can volunteer in activities that interest them. Some members help out with book sales or get involved with planning events. Others enjoy serving on a committee. Our meetings are open to all and some members attend to stay up-to-date and share their ideas. When you become a Friend, you help the library do things like:

Help young children discover the joy of reading.

Sponsor programs that stimulate the imaginations of children, teens, and adults.

Provide lifelong learning that informs, challenges and entertains adults and seniors.

Volunteer
As a volunteer, you can help as much or as little as suits you. Some of the things our volunteers do:

Sort books throughout the year.

Assist customers during book sales.

Help make apple crisp..

Collaborate on creating new programs and events.
We can always use help with publicity, technology, membership and fundraising too. Please let us know what interests you most.
